New River Gorge Spring Forward Litter Sweep
Saturday, May 21 • 8:00 am Locations TBA
We will be picking up debris and litter in neighborhoods and communities throughout Summers County. The locations include: Hinton (Avis, Bellepoint, Downtown, Madams Creek/New River Road, Southside, and West End), Barger Springs, Brooks, Forest Hill, 4-H Camp Road, Green Sulphur, Jumping Branch, Hilldale, Leatherwood Road, Meadow Creek, Nimitz, Pence Springs, Pipestem, Sandstone, Talcott, Willowwood Road, and along Route 20 & 3. Volunteers are still needed!! Those interested can call Rick Moorefield or Sarah Elswick at the WVU Extension Office at 304-466-7113.
