Recreation

 

There are many opportunities for recreaton in and around Hinton. Our backyard is the New River a world renowned bass fishing hot spot. We currently building a swimming pool and skatepark as part of our City Sidetrack Park and waterslide. There are also several museums to visit.

 

And that's just in town, venture outside of town just a few miles and you'll find parks, rivers, a lake, and a wildlife management area. If you like to be outside Hinton is the place for you. Biking, hiking, hunting, fishing, whatever outdoor pursuit you enjoy you'll find it here.
